The New York Penn Region headquarters are located in a state-of-the-art blood center built in 2000 in West Henrietta, NY. The building is strategically located near the New York State Thruway to easily facilitate the shipping and distribution of blood from collection site to manufacturing to hospitals.

District offices are located conveniently throughout New York State.
